Default Stutters below 3000rpm

I have an 92 accord manual transmission and
the past 3 weeks the car stutters when I drive until the rpm gage goes over 3000rpm then it runs fine with no stutter.
I changed my fuel filter to a new OEM from my local honda dealer same issue
can I have some guidance. thanks...

I think the motor you have has balancer shafts the belt might have snapped? Or maybe you have a misfire under 3000? A cel? Do you know how to check for a miss?

try unplugging the vacuum hose to the EGR valve if the problem is one your EGR ports are clogged...

is it a F22b1? Pretty sure that 22 is a VTEC system malfunction.

yea just plug a vacuum guage to the intake manifold when running. should be between 17-22 (i forgot, psi or in-hg)

might want to check EGR. the egr stops after 3000rpm.

Sorry to bump something so old but we are having the same problems. We've replaced fuel filter, plugs.
We dont have a vacuum gauge so is there a way to ck the EGR w/o one? He just pulled the hose from it and said it feels like there's no vacuum on it. What exactly are we looking for?
Thanks!
