MY CAR IS GETTING ABOUT 220 MILES PER TANKFUL.WTF?
-FRESH OIL CHANGE
-SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES(NGK)
-REPLACED AIR FILTER
-TIRES GOOD

2001 ACCORD 86K

WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT? NEW FUEL FILTER?
IVE TRIED THOSE FUEL INJECTOR CLEANERS BUT HAVENT SEEN ANY IMPROVEMENT.

1. which engine type? V6?
2. are you running the A/C?

 

V6?

 

If you have the V6, blast the AC, floor it from red lights, have large rims, weigh 300lbs, and drive in traffic ... hitting 220 miles per "tank" is possible.

how many gallons do you consider a "tank"? from full to redlight? 10 gallons? 15 gallons?

 

4 cyl. I dont use the Ac too much

Fuel Filter, if that don't fix it....take it in

 

any odd smells coming from under the car? (sulfer, rotten eggs?)

any drips on the driveway?
