2 gallons i heard are for reserve?....

I just drove from Indianapolis to NY and got about 380 miles to a full tank.....and thats driving from full to almost empty ( light did not come on yet )
for some reason I feel thats low. could be wrong though since the terrain was hilly.

Default gas

did you change your temperature sensor and did you get better gas mileage.

buy one from ebay for $50 (bosch) and plug it in yourself.

few months ago i was getting around 160 in a fulltank. i had my oxygen sensor replaced and used "techron" fuel injector cleaner and now i'm back up. i'm also going to replace my coolant temperature sensor and see if that helps out even more.

i've went up from 11mpg to 20-25mpg. it changes all the times

i didnt change the temp sensor. but i did get better mpg by changing the o2 sensor. even though the light wasn't on. but now my mpg is back to shit. forsome reason i get 11 city and about 20 hwy. havne't had time to mess around w/ it. i guess i'll do a major tune up when i get time and post about the difference. I barely drive my car now. like 200 miles a month.

try this too. this will hlep out a lot:

Default mileage

i think the reason why you getting the poor gas mileage again is either the o2 sensor you bought has gone bad, you should buy an original honda o2 sensor aftermarket might not work good and as long as original ones. it might also be your coolant sensor .

I too have noticed over the last 2 months, my 91 LX has been getting less MPG. I was getting to about 360~370 when the light came on. Now I am getting between 300~330. But it might be the cold weather for the last 2 months, but also I have not done much Highway driving.

I have a 4 mile commute to work, and lately it's pretty much all I've done. Engine temp gets to normal levels about 1/3~1/2 way there, or back when I go home. Speeds are either 25 or 35.

So from reading this post, I should:
- get a new temp sensor
- fuel filter
- O2 sensor/filter
- Sea Foam it (pour 1/3~1/2 in crank case, 1/3~1/2 directly into "manifold vacuum line", not sure where that is, 1/3~1/2 in fuel tank)
- reset the ECU
- clean/replace IAT sensor

Did I miss anything?

u dont need to change all that. ur already getting great mpg. just wait till it gets worst.

i finally got around to clean out my EGR, IACV, FITV and TB. like in this post:
http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1844067

but i guess it'll be a month before i find out how much difference it made.

also add some chevron techron injectors cleaner, u can get that autozone.
