Default why is my accord overheating or not?

On saturday my car started overheating and then it ran normal until today.
I did a turnup, flush radiator, change the thermostat and all hose ...
Today it was running normal and out of nowhere the temp needle went up like crazy then a few second later it came down then back again a little over the middle then down then all the way to red. what the hell is going on? I feel like trashing my car

Sounds like some type of sensor problem.

You said you flushed the radiator...did you bleed the coolant when you filled back up?? also check your temp sensor wire....it's the single wire connector in the head under the distributor....they come loose sometimes and can give funny readings.
