You got lucky molest of the time it is the tork converter lock up clutch and not the solenoid on the v6s ,but you have a 4 banger don't you?

 

The code I am use to is the p0740 90% of the time its the trans 10% of the time its the seal or the solenoid. Here is some info on the seal. On the accord It is also recommended to get a new ecm according to this bulletin. Use the expander at the bottom right of the pic to help you read.
