Default Acceleration hesitation

Hi all
I have a 99 Accord non vtec with a few annoying problems. sometime at statrup the car hesitates as if the fuel has ben cutoff for a second or two especially after cold start. then there is the hesitation especially below 2500 rpm which is annoying while overtaking. Also i have noticed that the car accelerate rapidly after 2500 RPM as if i have pressed the pedal more and then the speed increases rapidly. And lastly the car vibrates badly at idle enough to keep you awake when feeeling sleepy. The following geniune parts have been replaced with minimiun results. spark plugs, distributer coil, plug wires, distributer roter, ALL ENGINE MOUNTS, fuel filter, pcv valve, air filter, map sensor, timing belts and bearings. Also cleaned out the throttle body and the iac valve. Please help

Thanks a lot in advance

Your car isn't going to jolt forward below 2500RPM.
