I have a friend whos dad is a prick cop like that. He would get pissed if my friend was out past his 11 o'clock curfew when we were both 17. Some cops choose their profession just so they can execute power without a lot of required education.

 

My attorney fee is about 50-ish bucks. That's without court costs.

Im either going to put up a fight for it or wounder if the cop would even show up for court.

to be honest the 10k isnt even deep blue anymore it has become more white than anything. the HID Kit is like a year old now i beleive, almost.

This is not worth the fight dude. All the cop needs to say is that those lights are NOT DOT approved. They did not come factory equipped.
Your gonna get played in court. Replace the bulbs and fight it as a fix it ticket. They may reduce the price but, dont go in there trying to convince them why YOU think they are legal. Your not going to win.

I dont think he's aware that it was probably auto crime that gave him that ticket. Auto Crime cops are like avid car gurus.

 

Just go to that cops house and blow all of his tires so he wont able to show up @ the court.

on the Court sheet it says "Unauthorized light".

I have a few pages of research about lighting for cars and i will make color print outs of cars with their headlights on that do have the blueish tint FACTORY.

Id be more than happy to fight this one down.
