Default Exhaust Resonator

Will putting a resonator make my exhaust quieter and deeper?
What can I expect to pay for them to put one in?
Thanks.

That sounds resonable.. what changes did you see when you put one on? I'm just curious..

Well, I did a custom 2.25" cat-back exhaust using an arospeed N1 muffler. I haven't really noticed a performance increase but it sounds great. Resonators are the key to a good sounding exhaust system. If you remove the resonator and do not replace it, your car will be loud. Some people like that - I don't.

if you already have a free flowing muffler, just add a resonated tip like power tone mini tip, or go with the phantom muffler + mini tip. this combo gives out a deeper sound but not irritating loud.
