With a complete Intake, Header(s) & Exhaust you can expect about 15-20 hp

I got mine from Ebay. I paid about $160 shipped.
Now they're a little more expensive.

Header I
Header II

Personally, I would recommend the Megan header rather than teh DC.S header.
When I first ordered teh DC S, I thought it was DC Sport but it wasn't. and it maid a little whistling sound when it was installed. All the gaskets were fine, but there was a leak in the flex pipe.
So I ate the cost and ordered a megan header.

Here's a pic of the DC-S header.
As you can see there's no stamp (emblem) on the bunge as opposed to the Megan header
Also, the position for the primary O2 sensor is on a more awkward position (Off to the side) than on the Megan header which is closer in the front

DC-S Header

Megan Header

that's an overly optimistic number

But fairly possible.
There are many 4cyl N/A cars that get 15-20hp from bolt-on mods with the correct set up

I love how the Header becomes golden after the heat from the engine. It turns me on.
