I had DC sport header but it sounded like it had an exhaust leak.
So I ate the cost and opted for a Megan racing header.

Nah, I have teh Sedan.
I wanted a coupe but it was almost impossible to fine a black EX coupe with a manual tranny. So I went with the sedan

THANKS....

blknight,...how simple was the install? Also, no CEL ?
Im just curious because I see all these headers out there with different O2 sensor mounts.

I personally have an OBX stainless headder on my F23 with a full Cat-back from Megan. The Exhaust is really top notch, and fit great. Nice deep sound, not like a weedeater.

It was pretty simple to replace. Having the car on a lift is best but if you can't, you can use a couple of jackstands to get under the front of the car. You'll have a problem getting the bolts lose that connects the downpipe to the cat. WD40 will be your friend...LOL
When connecting the header to the block, make sure you tighten the bolts starting from the inside and working to the outside.

Also, when removing the bolts, don't let the cat hang down by the wires of the secondary O2 sensor. It will pull the plug/connectors loose and that will throw a CEL.
(Yeah, I did that...LOL)
If that happens, just push all 4 connectors back in snuggly

I Just installed a MEGAN catback too. Im waiting a little before I get a header. this shop charged me 96$ bucks to install becuase my friend and I seen that the stock bolts were rotted out so were like like F*** it.

Im not sure wether i should leave the silencer on or off on the MEGAN exhaust.

Anyone ever Dyno the stock then catback...whats the HP gain?
