Default center caps

I want to replace my center caps (old ones are worn). Can I get the old center caps off and install new ones without removing the wheels, or do the wheels have to come off? The center caps coming off are going into the garbage, so I don't care about messing the old ones up in the process.

peoples center cap get stolen all the time. and i don't think the thief took off the wheel, take the cap then put the wheel back. 98-02 is the same as above, just pry it open and the new one just go right in.

It's an '00 4-Cyl EX. Sounds like I can just pry the old ones off and snap the new ones in...?

Yes, Honda/Acura makes it so you can easily remove the center cap. How else could you get to the lug nuts to take the wheel off? Its as easy as prying them off with a flat head screw driver, and popping in the new shined center caps Hope that helps.

The center cap doesn't cover the lug nuts on 2000's, but hopefully it will pry off.

yea, for the 02 SE wheels, i had to take the wheel off and remove them from behind however my friend's wheel had one one of his center caps stolen with the wheel still on it.
