Where is the Check Engine Light Diag Connector on a 94 Accord?

Bingo! There it was hiding in plain sight. So much for the manuals saying it was BEHIND the glove box. I guess I took it too literally. The illustrations showed the connector hanging out in the breeze, not in the dummy port, and never mentioned the dummy port.
I have a 41 code. It translates to the heater for the heated oxygen sensor. It seems to me that the heater would be in the sensor housing itself and the whole sensor needed to be replaced. What do you think?
Also my speedometer operates intermittently. Sometimes it works and most of the time it indicates 20 MPH whether I'm moving or not. Since I didn't get a code for the speed sensor, it seems like it might be the speedometer head. Would you agree?
Thanks to all that helped me out.
