I think it's rather clear that you've done little to no research. You need to use the search button and other resources and get some knowledge.

naw, if it was HT his answer wouldve been answered. Im going to try and help though, since no one else is. The question you asked can only be answered by someone that has actually built both of those engines. Ive found that for accords/builds is better to ask a question like this in a forum that people with accords actually build them (like HT) because you can get a more indepth answer. Now with that said, ive heard that the H22's crank would be better for a high hp build because of its shorter stroke (90.7mm compared to the h23's 95mm). You can rev a 90mm stroke to almost 10k rpms with a built head, vs around 8k rpms with a H23 with a built head. So, it depends on the type of build you are doing. If you want middle to high power range-- which you would typically want with a low displacement motor (4cyc motor) because our motors make power by more rpms, vs a v8 that makes power from pure size and displacement. Now if you wanted the best of both worlds (big stroke, and strong) you would have to go with a stroker kit with a forged crank, and i think crower makes them. Hope this answers some of your questions, and dont get mad at the poeple on han, most of them never built a motor or put more then i/h/e on a car and dont really have the answers to assist you.
