When I changed mine all I did was drain it. (There is a drain plug on the passenger side of the transmission), then I filled it back up with 4 quarts or so... ran the engine, checked the level many times to make sure it was full.

honda autos are very picky when it comes to non-honda fluids... especially the newer ones.

Check the fluid level on level ground before you start. Drain the fluid and estimate/measure the amount you drain. Your car takes in the neighborhood of 2.7 quarts on a drain and fill. Check level again and adjust as necessary.

Also, I use a length of washing machine hose screwed onto an old oil bottle with the bottom cut out as a fill tool. You fill through the dipstick hole.

Get a new drain bolt wasker from the dealer, too. It's a special size.

Your Honda doesn't have a normal filter in the tranny. You'll notice that the tranny doesn't have a 'pan' like most others. There's some kind of filter/screen that's replacable when the tranny is overhaul but you don't worry about that.

The torque converter doesn't drain, so you only get about 1/3 of the total fluid. If the fluid looks or smells burnt, you should do several drain/fills & drive around (day or 2?) in between.
