mine idles at 850 trying to see if my car idles too high?

 

That sounds about right. What year is it? My 99 Idles about 800RPM warm, maybe 1200 cold? My 93 Idled at about 700 if I remember correctly. If you have a hayes I think it tells you the right RPM your engine should be running at.

 

my '94 EX idles at about 700 rpm or so when warmed up. I've noticed lately that the car seems to shake quite a bit when idling. You can feel it through the steering wheel/shifter. Is this very common for the Accords, or is there anything I can do about this?

 

i never felt it rough in mine. i only got rough when it dropped lower than 700 or so

 

I think sometimes it might actually be closer to 500 in mine. Easiest way to adjust the idle?

my 93 accord idles at 650 when warmed up, and 550 when the a/c is on. Too low for my taste...

 

98 coupe v6....starting up idles around 1100......warmed up idles around ~700

 

99 Accord EX 750 rpm at warmed up.

 

well since i have digital with a VAFC mine idle's around 765-775
