Default Radiator problem

I have a 97 Honda Accord V4, my radiator blow up on me so I replaced it dis weekend. I noticed that my car heats up pretty fast when am parked, red light basically just idling i mean it needle goes all the way up! Seems like the Radiator fan doesn’t come on when am driving, but it does come one when i park. I've check my A/C fan and it runs fine when i turn the AC on. I replace the Thermostat, upper and lower hoses. I checked the Radiator Fan relay but can't see anything wrong with it. Connected all my electrics back up. Does any one know where the auxilary fan switch is? Pictures would be good please. I've done some reading on this and just thought I would post my problem and get some replays cuz am no mechanic but love to work on cars. Any help would be great, thanks.

I haven't yet I was going to look under the Oil cap for res and check my spark plugs this affernoon and all so bleed my Radiator. I wouldn't even know what to look for in the HG. My car feels and drives fine but just notice that the car overheats.

oK I checked my oil and it's not milky. Does anyone have any Ideas on why the fan doesn't turn on when the car is on and why it only turns on when the car is off?
