automotive electronics are hard to diagnose, and can be quite costly.

It sounds like there's either a short somewhere, or possibly loose wires.

I'd probably expect it to be somewhere near your steering wheel, since the horn and turn signals have to go up through the steering column.

 

try checking the horn buttons also is the SRS light on and the cruise not working? if so might be the clockspring in your colum.

 

Both the horn buttons and directional arm switch are on the steering wheel, I think you have some bad wiring in there, exactly what i am not sure, but! imo it's in the steering wheel.

 

your cars overheating cuze its been dropped and not getting good air circulation - i dunno.
hey, everybody tricks out their car to get attention, the horn thing is sure to get all kinds of attention. Why not go with it?

 

overheating does not/should not have to do anything with the suspension. do a search and you should find quite a few threads on where to start diagnosing that problem.

in regards to the horn and signals... it seems like some of the wiring in the steering clolumn have shorted out or have broken. you can try taking the cover off the column and see if theres anything you can replace.... if not, i'd suggest getting a factory service manual and troubleshoot it from there.
