Default Need help: noise coming from trans

Hi every one this is my first post so here's my question At idle there's bearing grinding noise coming from the tranny it's not really loud but with the engine at idle you can here pretty well and if you press in the clutch it goes away if i release the clutch the nosie come's back, also i have another problem that might be related at high RPM shifts the tranny grinds going into gear but if i'm driving normally it's find other then that the tranny seems pretty good i know iv'e been hard on the clutch since i've had nitrous on it for about 2 years now so i'm suprised it's not gone by now lol but just wanted to get your guys advice on it i think i might have toasted a throw-out bearing but i'm not sure any help would be great. thanks

A throwout bearing could be to blame for the first problem. As far as grinding gears, it can be a sign of a wearing or worn clutch. I'd lean more towards that since you've been on the bottle for a while.
