Default missing a valve cover screw

I dont know how it happen but I am missing a valve cover screw.
I guess I will get one on monday from the dealer but I want to know if something bad could happen because of the missing screw?
btw the screw was there a few weeks ago. weird

i don't think you'll have any probs.....i brought a 98 integra ls once after like a yr n 1/2 i noticed one was missing but figured if i went that long and nothing happened o well.....put on I/H/E and raced time to time....had the car 3 yrs never gave me a problem

maybe if there was engine work, someone forgot to put it back on? i don't think they just become "loose" all of a sudden but i guess maybe shyt happens i dunno....i wouldn't worry about it, u should be fine til you get another one

Maybe it was overtightened & broke. If that's the case, you have to take the VC off & remove the broken part first.

Are you talking about a bolt that would go into the rasied section of the valve cover?? If so, nothing goes there.

yeah and right next to it I have the small air filter.

That valve cover looks sick! is that like aluminum paint or something? I want mine to look like that.

Yeah, sorry. I thought he was talking about one of the VC hold-down bolts.
