The spark plugs i replaced with are NGK V-Power plugs. Indeed there's no check engine light on. I'm going to seafoam the engine, clean the EGR port, change PCV valve and see how i do on my next 2 fill ups.

Also, try some lucas fuel injector cleaner and test the resistance of the spark plug wires.
