4 lug to 5 lug conversion (6th gen)?

4 lug to 5 lug conversion (6th gen)?
I'm board still looking at maybe getting new 18"s. Thought I'd look at what may be needed to do a 4lug to 5lug conversion for us 4 cyls.
It appears that both front and rear knuckles are the same, cool.
And the front bearings are the same, great.
And both front outer CV joints appear the same, looking good here.
The only parts that differ so far to my knowledge... front hub/rotors OK(obvious) The calipers are different, but this shouldn't be to bad right, since the knuckle is the same a v6 caliper should bolt straight up right?
In the rear it appears we only would need to swap a bearing/hub assembly from a v6 car (rotor) done. Caliper is the same.
Anyone ever done this, are my assumption wrong to this point? Some 5lug TL-TSX rims on the Accord would rock I have a TSX I'd love to share rims.
