Take it to a glass shop. They can fix it for $75-100. The motor is dying.

Don't worry, it's lasted a while for you. My 02' driver window is dying.

its the regulator... which is driven by the motor, it keeps the window in proper alignment while moving up and down.. They wear out and dont keep the glass aligned properly, which gives you the problems.

FRONT DOOR WINDOW COMES OUT OF CHANNEL
TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN
Reference Number(s): 95-040

FRONT WINDOW COMES OUT OF THE CHANNEL

Model: 1994-96 Honda Accord Coupe

Category: Body

Bulletin No.: 95-040

Date: October 16, 1995
SYMPTOM

The front door glass comes out of the run channel.
PROBABLE CAUSE

Misadjustment of the front channel.
CORRECTIVE ACTION

Adjust the front channel. Replace the run channel and mirror gasket if they have been damaged by the glass.

1. Remove the door trim panel as described in steps 1 thru 9 on page 20-4 of the Service Manual Supplement.
2. Inspect the door mirror gasket for tears or cuts. Replace the gasket if it is damaged, see PARTS INFORMATION .
3. Inspect the run channel for tears or cuts caused by the glass coming out. Replace the run channel if it is damaged.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to loosen any of the window regulator mounting bolts or perform any glass adjustments when replacing the run channel.
4. Raise the window fully. Loosen the two front channel mounting bolts. See Fig. 1 . Move (without forcing) the channel rearward to increase its overlap with the glass. Tighten the mounting bolts to 8 N.m (0.8 kg-m, 6 ft-lb).
5. Raise and lower the window several times to check for binding or slow operation. If necessary, readjust the front channel.
6. Lower the window. Replace the two glass mounting bolts with the new bolts listed under PARTS INFORMATION . Apply DC-111 grease to the O-rings on the mounting bolts before installing them. See Fig. 2 .
7. Reinstall the door rim panel.

I thought I had the same problem is you, but I replaced the entire regulator/motor assembly and it did not fix it. Then I noticed there was a gap in between the window and trim. I looked up some TSBs on my car and found this 1. I still haven't fixed it yet but I might give it a shot in a week or so. If you want the pictures email me or pm me. I will be getting them later for personal use anyways.

my new problem with the drivers power window
If I press the button to go down, it goes down the first try but when I press it to go up, sometime it does and sometime nothing at all happen. I think I might have some power stuff lose or someting. i feel like replacing the entire door.

If you have a service on your car coming up anytime soon, take it to the dealer. Last time I went there, (I have an 05 ExL btw), the salesman told me that this window stuff is something that nobody bothers to ask about when getting checked. The motor is something that eventually tends to give you problems but is often ignored. The funny part is that the check is actually free. I'd do that first just to pinpoint the problem and go from there.
