damn, that sucks d00d. can you find another dealer?

i have nothing but good things to say about the honda dealer i go to. there are three in my small city and i have only used one so far. i have developed a relationship with the service writers and get discounts anytime i go there. i also dont have to make appointments any more either.

sorry for your woes, i would be yelling like the previous posts recommend.

As others have mentioned, sounds like a case of poor dealer service. A-lot of early production 03 Accords had an unusual amount of design/assembly defects, etc. and there was also a recall on the automatic trans. for select 03/04 models. Call your VIN into Honda and see if your car qualifies. In any case, I would find a different dealership and hope for much better customer service and/or try to get out of the 03 and into a newer model.

That sucks man.
I had similar problems like light of the Seat Heater, tranny failure but they fixed everything for free and took care of the rental for me too.
I heard that there was a recall done on the 03's on the tranny in May-03 too.

I guess this car is totaly unlucky for you, get rid of it fast and get another one.

Yes i am also sorry to hear about this, and i agree as stated its the dealer and sumone else said, and yes you should have found another dealership. Just because yu bought the car there does not mena that yu have to bring it there, im sure any Honda or Acurs dealer for that fact will not mind taking care of your car for yu. Hope everything goes as well.
