I think thats madd cool and I was planning to do that also.
Like SumAccordGuy94 said you need small LEDs plus the resistors
and a soldering gun with a real fine tip for small electrincs. you might want to buy The LEDS and resistors online I don't have a website for you but i can find out or just search from a search engine. My friend wanted to change his Nokia phone to blue and wrote to this company saying he had a company, with a customer that wanted them and they sent him free lights so whatever works for you.

I've done the green LED to blue LED conversion. Just can't find the damn SMD (surface mount resistors) anywhere. I've been lookin, but can't find a place that sells the damn things..

anyone, help...please...

haha i can't put my dash together until this is all done damnit~

u can get SMD's at Fry's Electronics if u have them in your area
i got 100 for $5
LEDs are like $2 or so each

haha... no fry's electronics over here. had to buy them online. cost: $1.95. Shipping cost: $13 <ouch>

why are your vents blue? and did you change the bulbs that lead to your knobs?

ya theres 6 small bulbs in the Climate control unit, i changed all those to LEDs and i put LEDs in the vents

hey put your climate control on for stuff to sell. i pay very decently (or swap with a stock one)

you should post up your prices on the other stuff you're selling. some of the stuff looks reasonable.
