I know that its kind of weird to ask for a turbo for my car but i want one anyway.

Its a honda accord 98 lx 4 cylinder 2.3 liter engine

Itz an automatic

And i wanna know what i need to do to put a turbo in my car.

I also want a blow off valve.

i just wanna do all this stuff to my car just to do it untill I get my new car i got nothing better to do so if anyone knows any information on how i can put a turbo in this car could you please tell me

you have to have a BOV with your turbo ... it's a part of the system.

 

Ya dude ummm...be a good idea to just buy a kit and then let a performance shop do it. You better pray its a good shop too. Oh and you need a shitload of money too. Almost forgot that part.

 

i dont know if it is best to turbo an automagic but hey...i want a lot of thingsa also

 

well since your rich just dump your car at the mechanics and tell him what you want and have him do it.
Of course, until you get your next car.

Maybe you should do some research on turbos before you go off buying all these parts. Its not as simple as you may think it is.

I knew some people were going to talk and really dont care because I get a choice of the new evo or a sti which i'll be getting in a year and half as a gift for getting my associates degree and then I'm going to a university to get my bs.

So untill a that year and a half passes i want to mess with this car and give it to either my girlfriend or my God brother.

So if you guys don't want to help thats fine i'll get other people to help.

I said from the start i know that its weird but well I"M BORED AND I"M STUCK WITH THIS CAR FOR A year and a half.

I know its going to cost money but if i cared about that i wouldnt have said, "I got nothing better to do"

and yeah, youre gonna get some flak from people if youve got this "i can do whatever i want b/c i can" attitude, especially if its trying to boost a car w/o seeming to have the slightest idea what it is youre trying to do.

and goodluck once you get your evo or sti. seeing as to how 'knowledgeable' you are w/ turbos, im sure you'll be able to keep it running for a looong time.

Basically This car was my test car so that i learn about things so thay when i do get a new car i wont mess it up and before i get my new car I already have to go through all this crap with my Brother in law about the car i would ask him about my car but he got shipped over seas because he is a specialist on jets in the air force and I do know where my money is coming from My father is a retired navy eye laser surgine, my mother is a nurse and I work at the very same hospital as my parents do. So the money that I make is put into savings and the rest is one what I want to do with it. And thats why I'm trying to ask people about cars so that I can learn about them before i get my new car and so that maybe when My brother in law comes back I can show him what I did.

I CANT LEARN ANYTHING IF I DONT TRY TO DO SOMETHING. and the only reason why i was saying i didnt give a crap about the money was because I"m sick and tired of people just telling me don't do anything your wasting your money on an automatic.

I wanted to find someone instead of opening their mouth to Give me "Their $.02" someone that would be willing to lead me in some sort of direction of where i can do what i want to do with my car.

BUt i guess you have to many people on here that think they know so dang on much about cars that when someone asks them a question and when that person that asks the question *WARNS* the readers before he asked the question that HE UNDERSTANDS THAT ITS WEIRD BUT I WANT TO DO IT ANYWAY the person asking shouldn't have to read people's "$.02" if the person asking the question has ALREADY EXPLAINED TO THE READER THAT HE IS DOING SOMETHING WEIRD.

All i was trying to do was ask people who know about what I am trying to do for guidance of where i can go to find out what to do.

But i guess I'm to "arrogant" to think that I know everything.

But how does that make sense WHEN I WAS ASKING FOR HELP?

It's not my fult that people on here get mad that I have worked for the money i have earned and that I want to put it into a car that may not be as great as you think it is but you know what it got me from home to school to work to where ever.

And my girlfriend has kind of gotten attached to this car because of the modifications I have done to the appearence so i thought i would make the performance of this car good too before i give it away to her or my God brother.
