As for price, I was able to get $500 under invoice, so $20,260 (which includes destination) to special order the car. I'm thinking I should change it to an EX-L after seeing your pics. It would be an additional $1500 for the EX-L.
The shitty thing is that I'll have to travel 4 hours to get it in Milwaukee. I live in the Twin Cities (MN), and none of the 5 local Honda dealerships were even close in price. They were all a little over $1G from my quote of $20,260. So in 8-12 weeks, I'll have a road trip to pick up my TW EX (maybe EX-L )...

The EX-L adds the XM radio, seat heaters, dual zone auto climate control w/ digital display in stereo H/U, and maybe one or two other features I'm forgetting. For me, the more toys the better... so the additional cost was worth it to me.
It's a great car, I love it more everytime I drive it. Already logged just over 600 miles.

On mine the Sticker was 27850 and I paid 24616. Just like you, WAY less than local dealers. Best quote in town was 25900.
Anyway, I'm pretty happy with my car so far and I LOVE the 6 speed.
