btw, where did you get the exhaust? i've been looking.
Get a Magnaflow or Comptech, they're worth the $$.

They made the CL-S with a 6-speed, and it is swappable but is a complete PITA.

I don't know what I want to do now. I'm really tired of driving auto because it just doesn't seem as fun. I don't know if I'd be willing to part with the car though, it being my first and all. The private seller value is around 12-13k, and the trade in is around 10k. But I'm assuming with the trade in, they are gonna screw me hard and give me around half the private. Oh yeah, and when trading in a new car for an older one, do they pay me the difference or something? I'm either looking for a 5th gen 2 dr accord or prelude.

You want to trade in your 6th gen for a 5th gen?????
Get a 7th gen V6 with M/T. You will get HP and M/T. And belive me, if you are in a big city you wont want your M/T because of the traffic jams.

Oh I live in the suburbs so don't worry, right now I'm dirt poor. So I'm hoping to trade in for something cheaper and get some money out of it. The prelude sounds nice right about now because it's the only car I can find as of the moment at the price range I need. I'm just worried about how bad dealers might screw me.

Yeah go for a lude or integra. If your car is paid off then dont trade it, sell it and if you have a loan then trade it. Dealers will screw you bad esp in small towns and suburbs. Try carmax and see what they can offer you.

My car is paid off, so I guess I should try selling it privately first. Does that mean I should take off all the aftermarket stuff and try to make it as stock as possible?

^yes. but it depends oh who buys it.
and after market mods and such won't get you more money out of it either.
so, might as well take everything apart and sell those seperatly
