The OEM kit does not fit the 01-02 coupes. The front bumper is the most different piece, to use the OEM front lip, you'll need the 98-00 front bumper. The skirts will fit fine, and the rear lip will fit the 01-02 rear bumper, but needs to be modified.

will there be any problems with the 98-00 front bumper fitting?
or it's all bolt on work?

i've heard there's a bumper settings difference between sedan and coupe, but i don't know about the coupes with different years...?

98-00 and 01-02 Coupes have slightly different front and rear bumpers. They can be interchanged. The sedans are much different sized bumpers than the coupes so they cannot be interchanged with coupes.

From everything I've read, it'll bolt right on, but you will either have to get the 98-00 styrofoam support, or modify yours, not a big deal...I'd just shave yours down so it'll fit.
For the rear, the guy I saw do it said he just had to modify some mounting points, cut some small notches I think.
