What motor in in your Accord now?
F22 vtec or non?

If your a non-vtec, you could gain some torque by adding displacement and a new cam.

First, look into boring out the block, not sure how far you can take it out .60" over maybe (you'll need new pistons get some with higher compression as well to run on 93 vs. 86 octane), then look at adding the same stroke as an F23 with a new crank. Then get your cam reground for low end grunt www.webcamshafts.com

This should give you some new bottom end and pep on life and an engine set to run for another 150K mi easy.

Well 175ft-lb is likely the optomistic number you will see. Building the block will likely run you about the same as an H22 swap, but at least the motor will be like new and you could truely add nitrous with confidence. Plus you won't hack up your car doing the swap.
