see what happens when u tail gate
#21
its not like it was all the way my fault. a motorcycle changed lanes right on me so instead of swervin i decided to take advantage of the situation and slow down like crazy. plus i didnt know exactly who or even if there was a car behind me. i was just hoping "SOMEONE" would hit me someday. knowing it was during bumper to bumper traffic, noone was driving more then 20mph so i knew the injuries wont even be a small scratch anywhere on the body. also just to let everyone know the guy admitted he was following too closely and that it was his fault, and also he WAS at the time driving a Ford F350 so if i DID want to do it on purpose i would have picked a smaller vehicle to rear end me. also for those of you who said "what if the driver or passenger wasnt wearing his seatbelt", you can go to hell because thats why its against the law in the first place to be in a car without wearing a seatbelt!! moving on....It wasnt about the money that i got out of it, it was the fact that i wanted the car GONE. i think i was fortunate to get $900 for a fucked up bumper support and a cracked bumper. its not like i was TRYING to get money i just wanted the car gone. last but not least, for those of you F****rs who think i did it to get money for myself, well guess wat, i didnt use a single cent of that check, i used it to help a good friend pay for the damages to his accord after it was stolen and stripped about a week before the accident. so the $900 i got i didnt even car about. thank you for taking out the time to read this long ass post and i hope those of u who are angry understand the situation in full detail now. MORAL OF THE STORY IS ALWAYS WEAR A SEATBELT AND DONT TAILGATE!!! also another thing i forgot to mention its true like someone else said earlier, the other guys insurance didnt go up at all cus the damages werent more then $1500 according to his insurance company. and the damage to his truck, a 6 inch red scuff mark from my back bumper which he cleaned up in the scene with a bottle of water and some newspapers.
