fuel filler door release stuck

fuel filler door release stuck
Help! 2003 Honda Accord fuel filler door release is not opening fuel door. Is there are manual release for the fuel filler door somewhere? I am nearly out of fuel.

This is kind of funny, sorry 
Call the Honda dealer in the morning. I'm sure they have some trick to getting it open. Does there feel like there's any tension in the cable or like it has snapped? If it's just stuck you could try having one person keeping the lever pushed down and another inserting a small flathead screwdriver wrapped in tape or cloth (so it won't scratch) into the gap and trying to pry it open with light force. I ahve to do that when mine gets frozen shut.
