Can the heater blower motor control the compressor to come on?

Can the heater blower motor control the compressor to come on?
my blowers and compressor not running anymore and the compressor is full with enough freon. can the heater blower motor control the compressor to come on?

the motor cannot but the fan switch can ,,,,,,,,if u have a bad fan switch the blower motor will not come on and the switch also provides ground path for the compressor , wiggle the switch see what happens .......or u could have 2 totally separate issues

cooling fans
As a related item, only one of my fans come on with the air cond compressor (the one on the driver's side). Are both supposed to activate at the same time or is the other activated by actual engine cooling requirements? Thanx in advance for your input.
