Default Squeaking sound when turning...

I own an 02 Accord V6 Coupe when I am sitting idle and turn the wheel I can hear a squeaking sound coming from the front drivers side wheel (I think). I am not sure if it squeaks when I am moving and turn, but it is not a very loud squeak. Also when going over 60mph my steering wheel shakes from side to side. The car is lowered but I am not sure about a camber kit (I bought the car lowered). I know it wasn't making the sound before, it started within the last week. What do you think it could be? Do you think these two things are related? Thanks for any help!

Squeaking is a worn tie rod ball joint that needs to be lubricated. Shaking is alignment. I highly doubt they're related.

Lowering more than 1.5 or so inches without a camber kit puts a ton of stress on the lower ball joints, so that could be squeaking as well I guess.
