where does the ground wire for the right side headlight go?

ive checked it with voltage meter and theres no connection,

so for now, ive connected it to the battery and it works...

and another thing, none of my signal lights work,

when push the hazard button, most of them work...

except that the signal lights on the bumper and the corner lights lit on intervals...

are they suppose to do that? ive checked all the fuses, they're ok... what can i do?


it's a 94 honda accord...
