Default spring install question help

Hi all , I just installed the eibach pro kit on my 05 sedan and was wondering if there is a way to install them wrong. I put the back were the bottom coil on the spring if facing outside? I dont remember what stock was? facing inside or facing outside. If your not sure what I mean its the end of the coil and where it faces on the purch. Can anyone help here or does it matter were it faces. I'm wondering if it matters or not with the spring. Will it raise it or lower it any like that?

Stock shocks or aftermarket? The shocks should have a raised area on the spring seat so the spring only goes on one way, butts up against that raised area. Maybe I'm not sure what you are talking about...are you talking about the bottom of the spring or the top?

Talking about the botton . The spring does sit in the seat ,but it can pint towards car or the tire (rear springs only). Its like if I take out my shock and flip it around 180 deg. I hope thats clear ,,oh ya stock shocks

Okay, I get what you mean. No, I don't see how it could matter. On my Koni's the lower spring seat will actually spin around the shock body. I just installed mine with my "Koni" logo on the shock on the outside.

Cool thanks. I just thought it might change the height or the spring rate if not installed right.
