My rear bumper was asspunched by a motorcycle. I ended up buying a new oem honda bumper from hondaautomotiveparts.com and having it painted at a Honda bodyshop, but in the meantime I hated the look of the damaged bumper, so I removed it, lightly heated the plastic from the inside, and then I popped the dent out with my palm. Then I buffed all of the scuffs and it actually looked pretty good. The motorcycle put a crack in my red/clears, so I had to go back to oem for now.
