I don't know a ton about trannys but dude, I would say that your clutch isn't fully disengaging. As IN , it probably stays partially engaged when the clutch is in completly. Try pushing the clutch in as far as you can when you shift and if that doesn't work then take it to a dealer and tell them you want them to look at your clutch. It's hydrolic soo there is probably alot of things that could be adjusted or worked on
