No I don't know how to swap the tranny.
I would assume you may need a new tranny support form the manual?, you will need the pedal set I would assume to get the clutch. Unlike the Civic you will need a complete hydrolic system for the master cylinder.
And I wouldn't be surprised if the ECU's need to be swapped in addition. I'm also not sure if the throttle systems or cruise would need to be modified.
You best bet would be to find a totaled 5 speed for all the parts.
This would be a big job, bigger then a civic swap. Why did you buy an Auto if you wanted a stick?
Accords are cheap enough in the market now, you may be better off just buying a 5-speed swap over your parts and sell the old Auto car to pay the difference off. You may even end up with a lower mileage car too.
