Default Condensation on radio

on my 92 Accord EX I recently installed a new radio head unit. everything went fine, but the power antenna stopped working. I went back to check my wires and one got pinched, while I had the radio out I notcied lots of moisture on the radio and inside the dash. Not sure what is wrong, but now when I have the AC on for a bit the radio spits out the CD and it has moisture on it.... have I damaged the ac? do I need to run a test on it? please advise

No the radio shouldn't have damaged the A/C....

Could you have either A. a heater core leak?
B. could you have a wiper arm bushing leaking rain water into your car?

The radio wasn't too long was it, I doubt you could have hurt the A/C lines swapping a HU out.
