Well unlimited cubic dollars is the first place to start.

If you honestly want most speed with the smallest price....add a nitrous kit to the car. It will only do that speed boost for say a 1/4 mi at a time, but still the cheapest per $$.

Next I'm going to assume you have only enough room for a 4cyl.

I'd say an H22 or attempt to turbo your F22, but you would likely want to research both methods first. These would be the next easiest swaps.

If money is no object and you have the time to work with a really top notch custom swap shop. I would do a K24A2 from a TSX.

In all honesty the nitrous is the cheapest, then the other swaps. Depending on the age of the car, you may be better of selling the car and purchasing a faster car to begin with. Like an older GSR or Prelude VTEC, both could be had used for the price of a complete swap in some cases.

Will this even fit in an Accord? Won't the SC hit the firewall.
At the above cost you could own an entire Prelude used......sell the Cord then buy the S/C.

I think he was talking about the jdm h22a type-s which is like $3500+ compared the normal h22 $2000+. And I don't think the JRSC would fit in the accord w/o firewall modification...not to mention JR superchargers suck balls.

Hey, if money is no object and we're talking about speed you gotta remember "there is no replacement for displacement" I say completely mod everything and convert to RWD and use the V-10 Viper engine for a powerplant....of course you could supercharge that engine as well....as long as we're going that direction, you better add nitrous too. HAHAHA
On a serious note, go with the H22a......
BTW if anyone is looking for a 97 Accord EX, 5spd, Coupe....I might have one to sell......
