the best way to put HIDs in is to retrofit your lights with OEM projectors the light won't scatter like the aftermarket kits do . I have the S2k in my 94 it's ok but does glare forceing me to aim them lower. but got some S2k projectors now and going to put them in to resolve that problem!

yeah i have to agree retrofit is definitely the best way to go. Can't beat the cutoff and fix the glare problem.

My s2k retro...

I second what he said ^^ . I had the tsx projectors put in, best decision ever! To make the driving experience even better, especially on a rain day, some fog lights would increase the visibility THAT much more.

go with a retro. it might sound like a lot of money to do so, but it will be worth it. here are the results of a retro:

even if you get tyc, stick in a HID projectors from tsx/tl//s2k/a6/tt/e46. tyc + regular hid bulbs will still suffer from glare issues.

my friend is interested in some hid's because our custom halos melted, lol.

so he might have to go for some new projectors and i was wondering if the retrofit into the TYC projectors would be easier than the oem ones?

but ive never really heard of po po pulling people over for aftermarket hid's.
