i love trying to troubleshoot cars with crazy ass complaints like yours on it make my job wonderful and warranty time doesnt pay to hot
1. 03-069 applies to 2003 Accords where the brake pads have caused the discs to wear unevenly over time. We are talking about a 2004 Accord here, which i believe has a different factory brake pad than the 2003.

2. 03-069 says nothing about "grabby" brakes; only noise and judder.

It's this kind of "shoot from the hip" attitude at dealer service departments that causes "crazy ass complaints" to turn into something bigger that eventually turns customers away for good.

How long would it take to speak to a customer and provide the information already given in this thread, just to show them that their "crazy ass complaints" are not that big a deal, and that the dealer will do their best to help them resolve the issues? I'm guessing 2 minutes...the time it takes to read this thread.

yeah i went and looked and its 03 only but we have still turned a bunch of 04 rotors and replaced pads
i know most customer complaints are logical but the complaint from them comes to us from the service writer which the complaint can usually get worded into some crazy shi and it not even have anything to do with what the customer was talking about thats why i would rather the customer show me than tell me

the grab u are talking about is it at slow speeds in like a parking lot or something press the brake pedal and it nose dives if so then its normal the newer accords have some damn touchy brakes

The problems you describe are common to any car under the right circumstances.

I drive lots of rental cars while travelign on business, the Accord is a much nicer vehicle than other cars at the 22-25k price range in all respects than other midsized cars. Only the Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry, or Hyundai Sonata are as good or better.

Good point. I have heard many, many technicians complain that the service writers are the cause of many customer complaints. If the customer could deal directly with the technician, I think both would be a lot happier.

at a very low speed. my before the car is about to stop.veryvery low speed
i try to avoid these sound by pressing the brakes very carefully so that the car won't be rolling at low speed, but it eventually makes the sound when the cars fully stopped. it also makes the sound when the brakes are released while the car is fully stopped.
