I need tires immediately! I can get either of the two for around the same price. My primary concern is treadlife, but I would like decent handling and appearance as well. My car stock, so I won't be racing around so much. I've read that the Falkens have a 60,000 treadware warrant (195/60/15), but have read on the net that they only last about half that long. The Kumho's have a 50,000 mile warranty. I'm just wondering if anybody has experienced either of these tires and could offer a fair review. TIA

 

Im on my second set of Falken 512's.
I've heard from 3 people ( one on this forum ) and two in my neighborhood where their Kumho tires have shredded...maybe because of the weather...
Go with Falkens and you wont be disappointed........

the Nitto 460's have a treadwear rating of 460 and A/A for both traction and temp.

all the reviews that ive read said that it was a great all season tire.

 

I am on my second set of 512's and I put these tires through hell and I love them. The tread life is great.
