With aftermarket parts, yes.
The parts seen here are not available from the manufacturer in the states

I think it's ugly. I think the Acura TSX (Accord of Europe) is the nicer of the three.

JDM Inspire = USDM Accord

the = doesn't mean exactly the same, but overall

definintely a repost, but still very clean to look at. and yes, its been stated many of times that the US market usually gets shafted when it comes to trim levels and certain features.
