I got a 04 accord. The key is stuck in the (I) Accessory position in the ignition. I cant get the key out of the ignition and it's eating up my battery. I tried going through the gearbox and removing, but no luck. Any suggestions?

 

it might be the steering wheel lock. if you havent tried already, try to turn your key (w/o forcing it too hard) while moving the steering wheel to one side, then the other. do it slowly, dont jerk it. the wheel shouldnt move too much, but you'll feel it give a little. thats when the key should be able to turn. hope you get it out.

 

Does the P light up on the gauge cluster when the car is in park?
