Default 1990 Honda Accord LX

My 1990 Honda Accord is giving startup problem. Battery is fine, car starts some times on the first self and sometimes it will not start for the whole day. On the next day it would start again without any problem. I sprayed quick start in the air filter line it works sometime but not anymore. I have been to a mechanic who had no idea whats wrong. I have noticed, problem aggravates on a hot sunny day. Anyone knows what really can be the problem. Help please!

Same problem with me,

its the main relay. Replace it, $60 at the dealer. I am planning on replacing it before it gets warmer, because it will give a lot of no start conditions. Its going to be a consistent problem, rainy days will be only time it will start in the summer hot days.
