i believe the sedans are longer...it would make sense...

But is there a differeance between the '98-'02 coupes and the '01-'02 that would prohibit mounting a system designated for the earlier yr 6th Gen Accords onto an '02?

It's interesting that they would not have a Magnaflow for that year(s). Maybe there is just some oversight on their part insofar as the years they list with the models they do have. If Magnaflow themselves don't know, then I doubt anyone else is going to either. Your options are just to try out, for fitment, one or both of the models for yourself and see (which I realize is a hassle you want to avoid) or look to a different set-up all together.

As far as your header is concerned, DC Sports makes get headers for Hondas.
