Default '95 Accord Starter Removal

I have the "turn the key 100 times" problem - most likely a bad switch or connection, as it will start eventualy, the selenoid clicks every time, and when the starter does get juice it goes fine.

Bought the Chilton's guide - wasted 25 bucks - the detailed instructions say to "next remove the starter". Wow, I never thought of that.

Anyhow, I can seem to even get the cables removed - don't know how they attach. Any pointers, or a better book referral, would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Default starter removal

It's pretty straight forward stuff. Disconnect the battery. There's two bolts that hold the starter to the transmission housing. The back one is tricky, but not impossible. Then move the starter to a position that makes access to the wiring connects the easiest. On my '96, there is two or three to remove. Then the starter is easy to remove up and out.
