Default progressive swaybar damage

ok last night there was a wreck in my effort to avoid hitting people and wreckage, i hit a cementslab thingy. now my car is pulling to the left very slightly, but im guessing i just might need an alignment. so even if the swaybar is bent (driverside front tire is about 1/4in closer to plastic thingy than the passenger side, is this something that i need to fix immediately?

What makes you think it's the swaybar?

Go get an alignment and see if it can be aligned. That'll tell you if there is damage.

I would definitely suggest getting it checked out as soon as you can, you do not want to damage the car more by driving around on it for an extended period of time, the potential for doing more costly damage would be enough for me to get it checked out right away, I've been there before, not fun. You think its minor and then there is something major you can't see.
