I really like the output of the silverstars, but they do burn out quick. Mine personally burnt out around 6 months with moderate use of them. Do these piaa's have the same output?

my silverstars burned out within 8-10 months of moderate use. i did the 9005 conversion, though. i switched three family cars to 9005 GE superblues ($20/pair vs 40+/pair of silverstars) that have all lasted a year (one set is near 2 yrs now, i believe) and output bright white light.

If you want to upgrade your headlights, either get HIDs or modify your high beams to fit in your low beam slots. Aftermarket bulbs burn out waaaay too quickly for my taste.
